Hi, I'm Bianca — but you can call me Bibs.

I'm a Product Design Leader with 10+ years of experience leading and scaling design across B2B, B2C, internal tools, and complex enterprise systems. I work where UX strategy, product direction, and delivery meet — especially in messy, technical, high-stakes environments.

I've led teams and products across Brazil, The Netherlands, India, and Germany, and I'm comfortable operating under real constraints: legacy systems, tight budgets, regulations, and low design maturity.
